• Fully automated – Our Airless™ Vacuum Vapor Degreasers are automated and can be integrated into your existing production line. Cleaning is monitored with PLCs and controlled by touch screen HMIs.

• Cleaning Efficiency – Our state-of-the-art vacuum systems allow for flexibility with operating temperatures to improve efficiency of cleaning and accommodate temperature-sensitive materials.

• Increased Capacity – Serec's innovative design for Airless™ units have higher capacity than equivalently-sized open top degreasers.

• Solvent Compatibility – Our vacuum technology removes oxygen prior to solvent vapor entering the vessel, flammable solvents can be used. In addition, solvents with low molecular weights can be used.

• Excellent Drying – Efficient vacuum drying utilizes heat remaining in the part to boil off all solvent residue for fast, effective drying.

• Environmentally-Friendly Processing – Our closed-loop, airless vacuum designs ensure near zero emissions, 99.9% recovery of vapor and liquid solvents, and low energy costs. Due to the low emissions, regulatory reporting and permiting is reduced

• Safety to the Work Area – Serec Corporation Airless™ Vacuum System's are designed to contain less than 25 ppm in the degreaser prior to opening the chamber door. EPA testing consistently measured less than 15 ppm in the Serec chamber.

• Reduced Maintenance Requirements – Serec Airless™ Vacuum Systems are self-cleaning. Since contaminants and water are continuously removed from the system, no shutdown and clean-out of the system is required.
